Dispatch & Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days of receiving them. Any orders received Friday-Sunday will not be dispatched until the following week.
We’ll send you an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. We’ll send another email with your tracking number once we’ve dispatched your order
If you have not received any emails from us, please check your junk/spam folder.
If you can’t find any emails from us, you might have incorrectly entered your email address during checkout. Please contact us using the contact form, with your name and correct email address, and we can amend this on your order and re-send the emails.
UK Shipping is free for orders £50.00 or over and will be sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
For orders under £50.00 shipping is calculated at checkout and you can choose between Royal Mail ‘Signed For 1st Class’ or ‘Signed For 2nd Class’.
Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For is usually 1-3 working days from the dispatch date to most UK mainland addresses
Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For is usually 2-5 working days from the dispatch date to most UK mainland addresses
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a link to your tracking number. The tracking shows when the order was dispatched and will update once delivery has been attempted.
If no-one is in when delivery is attempted, a card will be left with information on how to collect from a local Royal Mail collection point or rearrange delivery.
If you do not rearrange delivery or collect it from the depot, the parcel will be returned to us and an additional fee must be charged to send your order out again.
If your order does not arrive on the delivery due date (1st Class = Next working day / 2nd Class = 3 working days) please allow an additional 10 working days before contacting us.
Unfortunately this is Royal Mail’s policy for delayed/lost post and we cannot make any inquiries with the Royal Mail to help locate your parcel until 10 working days after it was due to be delivered.
If it is not delivered after 10 working days from the delivery due date, please contact us using the contact form as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
Shipping is calculated at checkout, please enter your shipping address and the shipping cost will update.
We ship all our products worldwide and for all international shipping we use Royal Mail’s ‘International Tracked & Signed’ or ‘International Signed’
Shipping is recorded and will usually require a signature from the recipient when it is delivered.
The tracking information provided by Royal Mail will show when it is dispatched and will be updated again when your parcel leaves the UK, however we cannot guarantee any further updates from Royal Mail’s international delivery partners after it leaves the UK and there may not be any further tracking updates until delivery has been attempted.
If no-one is available to sign for the parcel when delivery is attempted, the courier will provide information explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect from a courier collection point.
If your parcel is left uncollected and you do not rearrange delivery with the courier, the parcel will be returned to us and we must charge an additional fee to ship your order again.

International delivery can be up to 30 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the courier services available in your country.
If you have not received your order within the delivery aim for your country (see https://www.royalmail.com/sending/international for estimated international delivery times), please allow an additional 30 days before contacting us.
If it is not delivered after 30 days from the delivery due date, please contact us using the contact form as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
International Shipping – Customs Duty and Import Restrictions
You are responsible for abiding by any laws that apply to you in your country regarding the importation of any of the products we sell. Please check your country’s importation restrictions and laws before ordering.
All our International shipping (which now includes all EU countries as of 1st January 2021) is sent Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means you may need to pay import taxes, import duty and/or customs fees when importing our products to any country which is not part of the UK. Please check your local importation laws and taxes before ordering.
