Just purchased my second xt scout my first one took a few fork hits hardly any damage at all still as good as new . Have also got the scout lt lovely slingshot to handle ,Have purchased all of them from Pro shot service has been excellent thank you

I struggled for ages trying to find a slingshot that felt comfortable in my large hands, but the Scout XT is superb, and gives me a comfortable pinch grip, and the palm swell is just enough to brace on my palm. The supplied bands are of great quality, and seem to be very durable. I’ve done well over 2000 shots with 1 band, and have another spare. I seem to have my best accuracy with the the XT as well, it’s my favourite slingshot at the moment, and I look forward to getting loads more use out of it.

Arrived this morning with Pro-Shots usual prompt delivery. This is intended as a ‘beater’ for my visiting Grandaughter’s mate from U.S.A. who knows nothing about all this. Not wanting to entrust her with my PPMG and PPMG+’s, thought this would be suitable. Have to say I’m very impressed with it. Ergos are good and it’s solid enough, parallel bands, not Theraband but good enough for purpose, can use any bands of course, OTT or TTF. Flip clips seem OK, good quick band fitment and solid, wrap and tuck can be used also. Polycarbonate construction not as durable as cast metal, don’t know how it’ll stand up to fork hits, not a problem for myself but Grandaughter mates from U.S.A……well….., tell you what, if she does damage it I’ll buy another, because this frame is that good. Thoroughly recommend it. If you’re pondering whether to get one or not, just buy it. Just one mod I made was this:- On fork tips there is a line of flash left from moulding process which could possibly abrade bands. I Adzed this off with a knife and polished with diamond paste.

Ordered the XT after using a friends. It’s an awesome slingshot. I’ll order the scout lite also just because you get a lot of versatility for the money. Swapping bands takes moments. They are a must for hunting.

this frame is just pure quality, lovely feel in the hand and now that the x flip clips are available it’s brought it to a whole different level, these are awesome, if you haven’t got them already your missing out, i would love one of these frames in aluminium, especially finished in black, would go great with the x clips, oh yeah it would be great if they finished the screws in a gunmetal blue, This is the best company (pro shot) you could deal with, there products and service is outstanding !!!

The slingshot itself is OK however the supplied bands broke twice during first testing. After tying them I pulled back to test the draw and SNAP! I then cut off 2 inches and the same thing happened again. A couple of days after I received an order of Theraband gold bands and have experienced no such problems.

After couple of cheap catapults from Amazon decided to get a proper one from specialist site – what a difference – an absolute dream to shoot – amazing quality and power. Glad I opted for easy fix band brackets to start with – If you are reading this considering one I promise you won’t be dissapointed – Ordered Sunday – emailed updates and shooting by Weds morning – Taurus next……..
