Policy Overview

We stand by all our products, and we offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all our products, provided it’s returned unused and sent back with everything included with that product.

 We don’t mind the slingshot being opened out of the packaging so you can get a feel for it and test the grip to see if it’s a good fit for you, but please don’t attach the bands to it or shoot with it if you have noticed somethings not quite right and you think you might need to return it. We’ll only accept returns if it’s not been banded up and used, and we’ll only process a refund if all items included with the product are returned to us in the same condition they were dispatched. If slingshots that are returned to us are found to have been banded up, used and/or damaged by the customer, we will not refund the product/s or any of the shipping costs.

All customers are required to pay for return shipping. We may refund the return shipping costs (up to the same amount as the shipping on your order, or £4.29 if shipping was free) if the goods are being returned because they arrived in an unsatisfactory condition, but we will not refund any shipping costs if the product/s are being returned because they have been ordered by mistake, or if the product/s are no longer wanted.

If a product is returned solely because it is not wanted and no replacement or additional order is placed, a restocking and handling fee of 25% will be applied to the return. This fee is intended to cover the costs associated with processing and restocking the returned item.

Details of the Fee

The 25% restocking/handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned product. This policy applies only when the return is made for reasons other than product defect or shipping error, and when the customer does not place a new or substitute order at the time of return.

Exceptions

Products returned due to defects, damage, or errors attributable to the company are not subject to the restocking/handling fee. If a replacement or substitute order is placed along with the return, the fee may be waived at the company’s discretion.

Refunds will be processed through the same payment system used at checkout, once we’ve received and inspected the returned products. After being processed, refunds to debit cards and credit cards may take a few days to appear on your bank/card statement depending on your bank/card provider.
