Orders received Thursday-Sunday may not be dispatched until the following week

Shipping - UK

UK Shipping is free for orders over £50 and will be sent Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Shipping is calculated at checkout for orders under £50 and you can choose between Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days (after dispatch)

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with a link to the tracking. A signature will be required on delivery. If no-one is in when delivery is attempted, a ‘something for you’ card will be left and you will need to collect the parcel from the Royal Mail local delivery depot on the card, or rearrange delivery with Royal Mail.

If you do not rearrange delivery or collect it from the depot, the parcel will be returned to us and an additional fee must be charged to send your order out again

Although delivery estimates are usually correct, sometimes delivery can take up to 10 working days from the dispatch date, especially for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. If the parcel does not arrive within the delivery aim above, please allow a few extra days for it to arrive before contacting us.

Shipping - International

Shipping is calculated at checkout, please enter your shipping address and the shipping cost will update. We ship all our products worldwide using tracked and recorded shipping.

We use different couriers such as DPD, FedEx, DHL, Evri or Global, depending on which courier services are available in your country.

Estimated shipping is approximately 7-14 days from dispatch for most European countries, for all other countries the delivery estimate is approximately 14-28 days from dispatch, depending on courier services available at your location.

Tracking information and a more accurate estimated delivery date is provided for all international shipping once we have dispatched your order.

All international shipping is recorded and will require a signature/proof of delivery. If no-one is available to accept the parcel when delivery is attempted by the courier, the courier will provide information explaining how to rearrange delivery or collect from a courier collection point. If your parcel is left uncollected and you do not rearrange delivery with the courier, the parcel will be returned to us and we must charge an additional fee to ship your order again.

 

International Shipping – Customs Duty and Import Restrictions

You are responsible for abiding by any laws that apply to you in your country regarding the importation of any of the products we sell. Please check your country’s importation restrictions and laws before ordering.

All our International shipping (which now includes all EU countries as of 1st January 2021) is sent Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means you may need to pay import taxes, import duty and/or customs fees when importing our products to any country which is not part of the UK.
