Dispatch & Shipping

EU Customer Brexit Shipping Notice: From 1st January 2021 you may need to pay additional import taxes, tariffs and customs fees when importing our products to an EU country. Please check your local importation laws and taxes before ordering.


We pack and dispatch orders most weekday afternoons and aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days of receiving them.

Any orders received Thursday - Sunday may not be processed until the following week. We'll send you an order confirmation email immediately after checkout. We'll send another email once we've dispatched your order with your tracking number

UK Shipping


UK Shipping is free for orders over £25, for orders under £25 shipping is calculated at checkout.

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class, a signature is required on delivery and a tracking number is provided for online delivery confirmation once we have dispatched your order.

Please note if no-one is available to sign for the parcel when its delivered, a card will be left with information on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local Royal Mail collection point. If your delivery is left uncollected and you do not contact the Royal Mail, the parcel will be returned to us and an additional fee will be charged to send your order out again.

Delivery is usually 1-3 working days (Mon-Sat) after dispatch to most UK mainland addresses, however this is not a guaranteed service and sometimes it can take up to 10 working days (Mon-Sat) before it arrives. Please allow 10 working days (Mon-Sat) from the dispatch date before contacting us, we cannot make any inquiries or claims regarding missing/late shipments with the Royal Mail until 10 working days (Mon-Sat) after the dispatch date.





International Shipping


Shipping is calculated at checkout, please enter your shipping address and the shipping cost will update.

We ship all our products worldwide and for all international shipping we use Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed courier service ('International Signed', which is not tracked, may be the only service available in your country, please see Royal Mail's delivery partners below for more info). This service is fully recorded delivery and will usually require a signature from the customer when it is delivered. The tracking will show proof of dispatch and be updated again when it leaves the UK, however we cannot guarantee any further updates form Royal Mail's delivery partners after it leaves the UK and there may not be any further tracking updates until delivery has been attempted. Please note if no-one is available to sign for the parcel when delivery is attempted, a card will be left with information on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local courier collection point. If your delivery is left uncollected and you do not contact the courier, the parcel will be returned to us and an additional fee will be charged to send your order out again.

Customs Duty and Import Restrictions - You are responsible for abiding by any local laws that apply to you regarding the importation of any of the products we sell.
