- Coronavirus Update: Shipping Delays -
We are taking every precaution and have implemented strict measures to stop the spread of coronavirus at Pro-Shot.
We are still dispatching your orders as normal however the Royal Mail have announced delays with their services (UK and International) because of staff shortages and this may mean waiting a few extra days for your delivery to arrive.

We dispatch orders most weekday afternoons and aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days of receiving them (our working days are Monday-Thursday)
Please note that any orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be processed until the following week.
You will receive an automatic confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you have not received a confirmation email after placing your order, please check your junk/spam folder. You will receive another email when we dispatch your order.
If it is not in your junk/spam folder, you may have incorrectly entered your email during checkout. Please contact us using the contact form and we can amend this on your order and re-send the email (please make sure you have entered your email address correctly on the contact form or we can't reply.)
Once your order has been dispatched, another email will be sent to you with a tracking number and a link you can follow to the Royal Mail tracking system. Please check for these emails regularly and be sure to check your junk/spam folders (and white-list/safe-list our email address if you find us in your junk/spam folders so it doesn't happen again.)
Occasionally we do run out of stock or experience delays and we will contact you if there will be any significant delays to your order.
Please note: the Slingshot World magazine is not sent via a tracked and signed service (to help reduce the costs of shipping), this is why we charge separately on the product page for shipping of the magazine. The magazines are shipping individually and separately to anything else you may order and you will not receive tracking information for the magazine.
For UK deliveries we use Royal Mail's 1st Class 'Signed For' courier service. This is not a fully-tracked service but it shows when we have dispatched your order at the post office and is updated when delivery has been attempted. It is a fully insured service that will require a signature on delivery. If no-one is at the delivery location to sign for the parcel at the time of delivery, a card will be left with information on how to rearrange delivery or collect from a local Royal Mail collection point. If your delivery is left uncollected and you do not contact Royal Mail, the parcel will be returned to us and an additional fee will be charged by us for re-delivery.
*Royal Mail's 1st Class 'Signed For' service is a recorded service but not a fully tracked service. This means the tracking information will only be updated once delivery has been attempted.*
The Royal Mail aim to deliver this service within 1-3 working days (Mon-Sat) after dispatch to most UK mainland addresses, however this is not a guaranteed service and sometimes it can take up to 10 working days (Mon-Sat) before it arrives. Please continue to check your tracking information and allow 10 working days (Mon-Sat) from the dispatch date before contacting us, we cannot make any inquiries or claims regarding missing/late shipments with the Royal Mail until 10 working days (Mon-Sat) after the dispatch date.

We ship all our products worldwide and for International shipping we use Royal Mail's International Tracked & Signed courier service ('International Signed', which is not tracked, may be the only service available in your country, please see Royal Mail's delivery partners below for more info). This will also require a signature at the time of delivery. If the delivery cannot be signed for, you should receive information to help you rearrange delivery or collection, however this will depend on the Royal Mail's delivery partner's policy in your country.

Please note that additional delays may be experienced due to customs processing in your country, unfortunately this is out of our control and we can only advise that you contact your local customs office and the courier in your country (see above link) for further updates.
Please allow 28 working days (Mon-Sat) from the dispatch date before contacting us about your delivery, we cannot make any inquiries or claims regarding missing/late international shipments with the Royal Mail until 28 working days (Mon-Sat) after the dispatch date.
