We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Orders received Thursday-Sunday may not be dispatched until the following week.

UK Shipping

UK Shipping is free for orders over £50 and sent Royal Mail/DHL Tracked 24. Shipping is calculated at checkout for orders under £50 and you can choose Royal Mail/DHL Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail/DHL Tracked 24: Next working day delivery aim (after dispatch + collection) Royal Mail Tracked 48: Aims to deliver in 2 to 3 working days (after dispatch + collection) Please note: Tracked 24 does not mean it is guaranteed to be delivered 24 hours after you place your order.. The Royal Mail/DHL aim to deliver the next working day, once it is collected from us by Royal Mail

Please note that orders placed on a Thursday afternoon, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be picked until Monday the following week. Once we’ve shipped your order, we’ll send you an email with a link to the tracking. Although delivery estimates are usually correct, sometimes delivery can take up to 10 working days from the dispatch date, especially for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands. If the parcel does not arrive within the delivery aim above, please allow a few extra days for it to arrive before contacting us.

International Shipping, Duties and Taxes

Shipping is calculated at checkout, please enter your shipping address and the shipping cost will update. We ship all our products worldwide using tracked and recorded shipping. We use different couriers such as DPD, FedEx, DHL, Evri or Global, depending on which courier services are available in your country. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes (PO Boxes) or international mail forwarding companies Estimated shipping is approx. 7-10 days from dispatch to most European countries, estimated shipping to USA and Canada is approx. 14-18 days and for all other countries the delivery estimate is approx. 14-28 days from dispatch. Tracking information and an estimated delivery date is provided for all international shipping once we have dispatched your order. All international shipping is tracked and recorded, and will require a signature/proof of delivery. If no-one is available to accept the parcel when delivery is attempted, the courier will provide information to rearrange delivery or arrange collection from the courier. If your parcel is left uncollected and you do not rearrange delivery with the courier, the parcel will be returned to sender and an additional fee will be charged to ship your order again. All our International shipping (which now includes all EU countries as of 1st January 2021) is sent Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means you may need to pay import taxes, import duty and/or customs fees when importing our products to any country which is not part of the UK.

When your shipment incurs duties or taxes, you will receive a notification (typically by email or text message) alerting you that payment is required. Once your payment has been processed, your shipment will then proceed through customs and continue on its way to you, with no further action required regarding duties or taxes.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your payment for duties and taxes is handled swiftly and securely, allowing your shipment to reach you without unnecessary delays.

If you do not pay the duties/taxes for your shipment and your parcel is returned to sender, please note that a restocking/handling fee of 25% will be deducted from any refund that may be issued. This fee covers the costs associated with processing and handling returned items.

Additionally, please be aware that any refund issued by ProShot may be delayed by up to 28 days. This processing timeframe allows for the completion of all return and verification procedures, ensuring that refunds are handled with accuracy and care.
