We’ve worked with Joefe to cast his stunning, compact and highly capable tool for target shooting or hunting, in solid high-grade aluminium. Thoroughly field tested by Joefe before release. Out of all the low profile thumb-brace/pinch grip OTT cattys I’ve used over the years, after a few weeks shooting this gem I’ve got to say this straightforward, no-nonsense frame is one of the finest most comfortable and easy to use compact catapults out there. for anyone looking for a very pocketable and surprisingly lightweight solid metal shooter then you can’t go wrong with the Hotshot.
“Rest assured this frame has been a long time in the making. Its been put through a extensive field test having been shooting it for over 6 months it is in my opinion one of the best hunting frames I’ve used. It is now my only frame I shoot , now you can to. Left or right hand hold. Very pocketable and indestructible” Joefe Slingshot Hunter

Well what can I say about the hotshot it’s a spot on frame for hunting and target shooting probably the most cumfiest frames I’ve hold I’ve got a ppmg- hunter senior hph all good cattys but the hotshot is special took to it straight away not missed a shot yet so accurate it’s spot on tool for any job.

This design reminds me of the PSTS frame (also one of my favorites). The fork width appears to be the same, but the Hotshot does not have the bulbous palm swell and is about half the overall thickness of the PSTS. The grip is also straight and without the canted handle of the PSTS. I shoot with a thumb-supported grip, so these differences do not matter, but the advantage of the Hotshot is that it is very slim, pocketable, and light. It is a joy to shoot. I love the 98mm fork width. Overall, my 50 ft bucket target is hit about 80% of the time, while the 1-inch diameter garden faucet pipe in front of it is about some 10% of the time. Overall, a lovely, fun frame as I move away from the larger chunks of metal…(Still…a bronze version would look great in my collection…)
