Despite the release of the refined PPMG+, some shooters still prefer the chunkier grip and original shape of the PPMG. The frame boasts a fully ambidextrous grip design in the style of the early original PPSG but with a larger ergonomic grip and a wide shooting gap that makes firing this slingshot so easy and smooth you’ll never want to put it down.

Received this frame recently with Proshot’s usual promptness. Finish is to usual standard – flawless, polish is excellent. I have this frame in bronze and it’s a bit heavy to cart down to where I shoot in nearby woods. This frame solves that at a third of the weight. Started off on TTF, but after having a few fork hits tried the PPMG+ in Bronze and Aly which solved it, no fork hits at all. Back to PPMG then, and worked to ‘technique out’ fork hits, done with modified pouch grip and suchlike. So – back to square one with PPMG, but Aly. Everything about this frame has been said really, in short – it’s the best, can’t go wrong. A work of art from Proshot in the world’s foremost city for metal products – Sheffield, and John Webb. Fortunate to have this level of excellence these days, great stuff. Thanks once again to Proshot and John Webb.

Ppmg camo is great hit target first shot well impressed don’t get impressed easily. But well done. Have already ordered a targa. Looking forward to shooting that as well. Also great service from proshotcatapults.

I bought one of these recently. Placed the order on 8th Feb (21) and it arrived on the 11th Feb – so very fast turn around!
The catapult is beautifully made. The instructions for fitting the band are excellent and first attempts at shooting have been very good.

I had to have the iconic PPMG TTF in my collection. Whilst I am now predominantly thumb and brace OTT, I love shooting this even though it’s TTF pinch grip. Accurate, packs a punch with the supplied bands. Very comfortable, no hand strain, no hand slap and no fork hits, touch aluminium. Great fun.

Received my PPMG this morning and have to give huge credit where it’s due – delivery was within 4 days, the whole thing is beautifully packaged and general attention to detail is second to none. As for the frame itself, it has a flawless finish and after only half an hour of practice, shoots better than anything I’ve ever held. Full marks to Pro Shot for service and casting and to John Webb for a world-beating design.

Absolutely love the PPMG!!! It’s comfortable to hold and fits perfectly in the hand. It’s smaller than I thought well to me it looks much bigger in all gamekeeper John’s videos. The shipping was super quick. I thought it would’ve took a few weeks to get it but no joke it took about a week from the UK to Hawai’i. Quality is top notch! I got a few more slingshots that I want to get so I’ll definitely be back!!! Thank you proshot!!!

Most of the catapults I have are ott. The ppmg is the first ttf I’ve owned and shot. Come to find out I’m a much better shot with ttf, in my opinion this is one of the best catapults I’ve ever owned and shot.

If I could buy only one, It would be PPMG. When I took this frame first time to my hand, the grip was just perfect. Shooting feels a lot easier when there is no need to think if grip is same as with last shot. Die PPMG liegt wie angegossen in der Hand. Durch ihr Gewicht stabilisiert sie beim Zielen. Schon die ersten Probeschüsse waren Volltreffer. Der Versand hat 4-5 Tage gedauert. Bin rundum zufrieden !!!

Edit: After a week’s trial I just have to confess: PPMG AL. is perfect ! Love it for the awesome grip, the wide forktips (I use TBG tapered 30 to 25 mm) and even for its weight ! First I was afraid it might be too heavy (used a Multiplex before) but then I realised that the metal weight actually helps me shoot better.
Highly recommend it to anyone !

My third slingshot from Proshot Catapults. A newer brother to the PPSG. It has the same super comfortable ergonomics of the PPSG, and the outer fork gap is the same too so you can maintain the same anchor point. This has super larger inner fork gap though, so it practically eliminates the chances of a forkhit, an important selling point for beginners (like me). The actual fork tips are wider too, so you can fit wider bands on them. The weight of the slingshot feels just right in my hand

PPMG is my 4th catapult and in all honesty all the others may as well go in the bin as I don’t reckon I’ll ever shoot them again. This catapult shouldn’t be called the PPMG it should just be called "Like a Glove" as its the most comfortable, natural feeling catapult ever, it literally feels like an extension of my arm. Can’t fault it -seriously. Oh and thanks for the set of bands – wasn’t expecting that.

I have the scorpion. The opfs the hathcock the ppsg. And many more this is by far the best and fits any hand like a glove tge ppsg is abit small for a large glove sized hand.

Just started shooting a catty again been out of it for years also had to learn to shoot with my left hand right eye.
Only been shooting this catty for a day and the accuracy is amazing, very consistent grouping. Highly recommended.

Just added the PPMG to my collection . I use the PPSG and they both are fantastic slingshots.
It is a quality build and will last for years. I like that you can put wider bands on to shoot heavier lead.
Still the best I have for accuracy.
